- Payments: To confirm your tour booking, an advance payment is required. This advance secures your reservation and ensures all arrangements are in place for your tour.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
Modifications: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for all members of your party at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the insurance is adequate. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have obtained such insurance.
It is your responsibility to reconfirm flight bookings. Since travel arrangements may be scheduled around international and domestic flights, you must keep us informed of any changes to flight times and numbers. This ensures smooth coordination of your travel plans.
